3. Pricing
All prices are based on the agreed product specifications, order quantity, and customization requirements. Prices remain valid only for the period stated in the official quotation.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon before production. Orders may require an advance payment before manufacturing begins, with the remaining balance payable before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
5. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to meet all agreed deadlines.
6. Shipping
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
7. Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment. Minor variations in color, dimensions, or logo placement may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable industry standards.
8. Returns & Cancellations
As all products are custom manufactured, orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.
9. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the legal rights to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, and designs provided for production. Big Seven Corporation is not responsible for any intellectual property disputes related to customer-supplied content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Big Seven Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the affected order.
11. Privacy
Customer information is handled securely and is used only for order processing, communication, and customer support in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
